We make cold pressed juices on the island called Martha’s Vineyard, or Noepe, the land between streams, as named by her original stewards the Wampanoag people. The plants and produce in our juices are farmed and foraged on the island and supplemented with organic produce grown in healthy soil on regenerative northeast farms. This project was born from a desire to provide our community nutrient dense offerings grounded in our local food system and to forge deeper connections between people, plants, farmers, and seasons.

We are committed to a closed loop system to create as little waste as possible. We work in collaboration with island farmers to utilize farm seconds that would otherwise be composted.

We juice plants that might be considered “weeds” but have an array of nutritional and medicinal benefits.

After we juice, our pulp goes either into compost, which then fertilizes soil, or feeds local pigs and chickens.

Anything left over is processed into vinegars and shrubs.
